Status 403, 200 Semi-lifetime EHI for Globe and TM

EHI are config files utilized by HTTP Injector, an Android app by evozi which is used to modify requests and access blocked websites behind ISP firewall with SSH/proxy support. EHI also contains settings that configure HTTP Injector, which includes server login credentials and security/locking information.
